JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com - PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk or BMRI will hold the 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) on 29 April 2026.

According to the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) disclosure, the AGMS will be conducted electronically through the electronic General Meeting System facility of KSEI or eASY.KSEI.

“The company urges all shareholders to attend electronically and cast their votes in the meeting through the eASY.KSEI facility or to grant proxies via the eASY.KSEI facility provided by,” stated Bank Mandiri’s management on Tuesday (17/3/2026).

Management explained that BMRI shareholders entitled to attend or be represented at this AGMS are those whose names are recorded in the company’s shareholder list and share ownership in the securities account balance records as of 6 April 2026 at 16:00 WIB.

Specifically for BMRI Series A Dwiwarna shareholders, they may propose AGMS agenda items. Such proposals must be submitted in writing to and received by the company’s board of directors as the AGMS organiser no later than seven days before the meeting notice date, namely on 31 March 2026.

“One or more shareholders representing at least one-twentieth or more of the total issued shares of the company with valid voting rights, and Series A Dwiwarna Shareholders, may propose meeting agenda items by fulfilling the provisions of Article 24 Paragraph 6 of the Company’s Articles of Association and Article 16 of the POJK on AGMS,” the company clarified.

Bank Mandiri’s President Director Riduan stated that the dividend amount to be distributed to shareholders soon will be better than the previous year.

“Last year it was 78 percent, right? Approximately that much. It will definitely be better than last year,” he said when met at the DPR RI Building in Jakarta on Wednesday (18/2/2026).

Nevertheless, Riduan emphasised that the certainty of the 2025 dividend payment will depend on the decision of the majority shareholders, namely Danantara Indonesia.

“The decision is at the GMS (General Meeting of Shareholders), we propose it, then it will be determined by the majority shareholders; Danantara, right, what percentage is it,” he stressed.
