Bank Mandiri to Distribute IDR 6.16 Trillion Interim Dividend

PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk (BMRI) will distribute an interim dividend of IDR 66 per share to its shareholders for the 2026 financial year.

The decision to distribute this interim dividend received approval from the Board of Commissioners following a decision by the company’s Board of Directors on 3 September 2026.

According to Bank Mandiri’s public disclosure, the total interim dividend to be distributed will amount to approximately IDR 6.16 trillion. This figure is calculated based on Bank Mandiri’s total outstanding shares of 93,333,333,332.

Bank Mandiri stated that the schedule for the interim dividend distribution will be announced at a later date, in accordance with the regulations of the Indonesia Stock Exchange regarding the implementation of interim dividend payments.

The company also emphasised that the distribution of the interim dividend will not have any material impact on Bank Mandiri’s operational activities, legal aspects, financial condition, or business continuity.

As additional information, during trading on Thursday (3/9/2026), BMRI was one of the stocks most heavily purchased by foreign investors, with a net buy of approximately IDR 471.4 billion.
