PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk is preparing to distribute a cash dividend of IDR 44.47 trillion for the 2025 fiscal year. This amount is equivalent to 79% of the consolidated net profit, which reached approximately IDR 56.3 trillion.

The decision was established at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) on Wednesday (29/4/2026), reflecting the company’s strong performance and capitalisation throughout the previous year.

Of the total dividend, IDR 9.32 trillion has already been distributed as an interim dividend on 14 January 2026, equivalent to IDR 100 per share. Thus, the remaining cash dividend to be paid to shareholders amounts to IDR 35.15 trillion.

Deputy Director of Bank Mandiri, Henry Panjaitan, stated that the dividend distribution considers the solid capital structure and the need to continue providing returns to shareholders. “The company’s consolidated net profit after tax of IDR 56.29 trillion is allocated as a cash dividend of 79%,” he said.

In addition to the dividend distribution, the AGMS also approved the use of IDR 11.82 trillion, or about 21% of the net profit, as retained earnings to support future business expansion.

In the same forum, the company also received approval to conduct a share buyback with a maximum value of IDR 1.16 trillion. The buyback will be carried out on shares circulating on the Indonesia Stock Exchange within a maximum period of 12 months after the AGMS approval.

Management stated that the buyback step is taken amid high market volatility, influenced by geopolitical tensions and global economic uncertainty. In such conditions, the company assesses that its strong fundamental performance has not yet been fully reflected in the share price on the market.

The buyback will also be utilised to support the employee and management share ownership programme, as part of performance- and risk-based compensation policies.

From a performance perspective, Bank Mandiri recorded high profitability ratios. As of 31 December 2025, the net profit margin (NPM) was at 34.2%, while the return on equity (ROE) reached 17.19%. The company’s equity position was also strong, reaching approximately IDR 327.4 trillion.
