Bank Mandiri to Charge for Cardless Withdrawals and Raise GoPay Top-Up Fees from 15 July
PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk will begin charging for its cardless cash withdrawal service through the Livin’ by Mandiri application starting 15 July 2026. The service, which was previously free, will now incur a fee of Rp 500 per transaction. The information was conveyed by Bank Mandiri through an official announcement on the company’s website. Customers will see the fee amount on the confirmation page before the cash withdrawal token is generated. ‘As of 15 July 2026, cardless cash withdrawals via Livin’ by Mandiri will be subject to a fee of Rp 500 per transaction,’ Bank Mandiri stated. The bank explained that this amount is a reference tariff. The company may apply a different fee structure and will inform customers at the time of transaction confirmation. Customers will be able to view this transaction fee information on the confirmation page before the cardless cash withdrawal token is created in the application. Furthermore, the payment details can also be seen on the results page after the token is successfully created, in the token list (Tab Token) on the deposit and withdrawal page, in inbox notifications, and on the ‘Share Token’ page. ‘This fee adjustment is part of Bank Mandiri’s commitment to continuously improving the quality of reliable, fast, and convenient digital services. This step also aims to ensure the availability of optimal services so that customers can transact smoothly,’ Mandiri wrote. Separately, Bank Mandiri will also adjust the administrative fee for GoPay top-ups starting 15 July. This fee increase applies across all banking service channels, including ATMs, Livin’ by Mandiri, MCM, and other channels. ‘In connection with changes in the mechanism from the service provider, effective 15 July 2026, every GoPay top-up transaction made by Bank Mandiri customers across all Bank Mandiri channels will change from the previous Rp 1,000 to Rp 1,200 per payment transaction,’ Mandiri explained. This administrative fee will automatically appear on the confirmation screen, and the debit will be processed simultaneously with the billing amount when the customer makes a payment through Bank Mandiri channels. ‘For ATM, Livin’ by Mandiri, MCM, and Teller channels, the change in administrative fees is effective from 15 July 2026 onwards until there is a policy change,’ the bank concluded.
