Bank Mandiri Taspen, together with PT Taspen (Persero), continues to strengthen synergy in improving service quality for participants and beneficiaries. This commitment was realised through a courtesy meeting with the Governor of West Java, Dedi Mulyadi, familiarly known as KDM.

The meeting served as a momentum for Bank Mandiri Taspen to introduce more closely its strategic role as a partner of PT Taspen (Persero) in channelling various programme benefits for civil servants (ASN), whilst reaffirming the company’s commitment to supporting the welfare of pensioners.

The relationship between Bank Mandiri Taspen and Dedi Mulyadi has been established for a long time. Previously, through cooperation with PT Taspen (Persero), Bank Mandiri Taspen had channelled pension and Old Age Savings (THT) benefits to Dedi Mulyadi when he concluded his term as Regent of Purwakarta. A similar service was provided again when he finished his term as a member of the House of Representatives (DPR RI) through the disbursement of THT benefits.

Taspen Branch Manager Eko Andryanto Prakasa explained on Thursday (29/7) that synergy between PT Taspen, Bank Mandiri Taspen and the West Java Provincial Government is an important part of ensuring services for participants and beneficiaries continue to run optimally.

“Through close collaboration with Bank Mandiri Taspen and the support of the West Java Provincial Government, we want to ensure that every Taspen participant receives services that are increasingly easy, fast and precise. This synergy is also a manifestation of our commitment to delivering pension programme benefits that provide a sense of security and improve the welfare of civil servants and pensioners,” he said.

Bagus Ahmad Irawanto, Distribution Head IV of Bank Mandiri Taspen, affirmed that the bank will continue to strengthen its role as a strategic partner of PT Taspen (Persero) in providing financial services oriented towards the needs of pensioners.

“We are committed to delivering banking services that are increasingly inclusive, easily accessible and provide added value for pensioners. The meeting with the Governor is a momentum to strengthen synergy so that the benefits received by pensioners are not only in the form of financial services, but also support for improving their quality of life,” Bagus explained.

This synergy is expected to deliver services that are increasingly easy, fast and optimal for pensioners, whilst making a tangible contribution to improving community welfare in West Java.

Going forward, Bank Mandiri Taspen and PT Taspen (Persero) are committed to continuing to deliver service innovations and expanding collaboration with various stakeholders, so that pension programme benefits can be felt to the fullest by all participants and beneficiaries.
