PT Bank Mandiri Taspen together with PT Taspen (Persero) are strengthening synergy with the West Java Provincial Government to improve the quality of services for civil servants (ASN) and retirees. The enhanced collaboration was discussed during a meeting with West Java Governor Dedi Mulyadi in Bandung.

The meeting served as a platform to reinforce coordination between Bank Mandiri Taspen, PT Taspen (Persero), and the West Java Provincial Government in supporting participants and beneficiaries of the pension programme.

Taspen Branch Manager Eko Andryanto Prakoso stated that inter-institutional collaboration is necessary to ensure services for Taspen participants become easier, faster, and more targeted. “Through close collaboration with Bank Mandiri Taspen and the support of the West Java Provincial Government, we want to ensure every Taspen participant receives services that are increasingly easy, fast, and precise. This synergy is also a manifestation of our commitment to delivering pension programme benefits that provide a sense of security and improve the welfare of civil servants and retirees,” Eko said in a press release on Wednesday (29/7/2026).

During the meeting, Bank Mandiri Taspen also introduced its role as a partner of PT Taspen (Persero) in distributing various programme benefits for civil servants, including pension benefits and old-age savings (THT). Previously, Bank Mandiri Taspen and PT Taspen (Persero) had distributed pension and THT benefits to Dedi Mulyadi when he concluded his term as Regent of Purwakarta. Similar services were also provided when Dedi Mulyadi completed his tenure as a member of the House of Representatives (DPR RI).

Bank Mandiri Taspen Distribution Head IV Bagus Ahmad Irawanto said the company will continue to strengthen its role as a partner of PT Taspen (Persero) in providing financial services tailored to the needs of retirees. “We are committed to delivering banking services that are increasingly inclusive, easily accessible, and provide added value for retirees. The meeting with the Governor of West Java is a momentum to strengthen synergy so that the benefits received by retirees are not only financial services but also support for improving their quality of life,” Bagus said.

According to Bagus, the collaboration with the West Java Provincial Government is expected to expand access to services while improving the quality of service for ASN retirees in the region. Going forward, Bank Mandiri Taspen and PT Taspen (Persero) will continue to develop service innovations and expand collaboration with various stakeholders to support the welfare of pension programme participants.
