Bank Mandiri Schedules Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for 29 April 2026
PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk (BMRI) will hold its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPS) on 29 April 2026.
According to the disclosure announcement on Tuesday (17 March 2026), shareholders entitled to attend or be represented at the meeting include those whose names are recorded in the Company’s Register of Shareholders and/or share owners in the securities account balance records with the collective custodian KSEI as of the close of trading on Monday (6 April 2026) until 16:00 Western Indonesia Time.
Shareholders holding 5% or more and Series A Dwiwarna shareholders may propose meeting agenda items in accordance with Article 24 Paragraph 6 of the Company’s Articles of Association and Article 16 of the OJK Regulation on RUPS. Such proposals must be submitted in writing to and received by the Company’s Board of Directors as the Meeting organiser no later than 7 days before the Meeting call date, which is Tuesday (31 March 2026).
In the RUPS, Bank Mandiri typically discusses profit distribution to investors, or dividends. Based on the bank’s historical policy in previous financial years, Bank Mandiri has set a dividend payout ratio (DPR) of 78% of total net profit.
Amidst the current dynamics of global and domestic economies, Bank Mandiri has maintained profitability, recording consolidated net profit of Rp 56.3 trillion throughout 2025.
With management expected to maintain the same policy for the 2025 financial year, total dividend per share is estimated to reach Rp 475.21.
Bank Mandiri’s consolidated net profit throughout 2025 rose 0.93% year-on-year. The profit growth was supported by double-digit credit growth throughout the previous year.
On the customer funds side, the bank also successfully maintained solid growth. This is in line with strengthening customer confidence and the company’s ability to maintain liquidity stability on a sustainable basis.
