Bank Mandiri Reports Net Profit of Rp 18.1 Trillion as of April 2026
JAKARTA — PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk reported a net profit of Rp 18.1 trillion as of April 2026, a 18.9% year-on-year increase. Bank Mandiri’s Director of Finance and Strategy, Novita Widya Anggraini, said the profit growth was supported by sustained business expansion amid a dynamic economic environment. The company continues to strengthen its role as a driver of the national economy through business ecosystem enhancement, micro, small, and medium enterprise (MSME) empowerment, and support for the creative economy sector. Positive performance was supported by Bank Mandiri’s credit disbursement increasing 18.5% year-on-year to Rp 1.550 trillion. The majority of this credit was allocated to productive sectors, ranging from corporate to MSMEs. On the funding side, Bank Mandiri’s third-party funds (TPF) grew 16.6% year-on-year to Rp 1.650 trillion as of April 2026. Novita said the TPF growth was driven by sustained economic activity and enhanced digital services through Livin’ by Mandiri and Kopra by Mandiri. “This integrated digital synergy enables customers to transact quickly, easily, and comprehensively within a single financial services ecosystem,” she said. In addition to profit, Bank Mandiri’s total assets grew 16.2% year-on-year to Rp 2.245 trillion as of April 2026, up from Rp 1.933 trillion in the same period last year. She noted that disciplined application of prudence principles in risk management is a crucial foundation for maintaining the quality of the company’s growth. “We continue to diversify revenue sources and maintain disciplined risk management to ensure healthy and sustainable growth amid challenging conditions,” she added. Moving forward, Bank Mandiri is committed to accelerating its role as a strategic government partner through financing national priority programs. These include People’s Business Credit (KUR), the Free Nutritious Meal Program (MBG), enhanced MSME financing, support for strategic sectors and downstreaming to drive job creation and national competitiveness, as well as cooperative and Village-Owned Enterprise (BUMDes) empowerment.
