Bank Mandiri Prepares to Distribute Dividend of Rp376.95 per Share, Note the Dates!
PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk (BMRI) has decided to distribute a cash dividend for the 2025 fiscal year to shareholders amounting to Rp44,472,220,168,836.70, or Rp476.95 per share. This decision was agreed upon at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) of BMRI held on Wednesday, 29 April 2026.
The total cash dividend also includes the interim dividend already distributed to shareholders on 14 January 2026, amounting to Rp9,324,158,333,200 or Rp100 per share. Accordingly, the remaining cash dividend to be paid by BMRI to shareholders is Rp35,148,061,835,636.70 or Rp376.95 per share.
