Bank Mandiri: Livin' transaction value reaches Rp2,083 trillion up to May 2026
Jakarta - PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk recorded that the transaction value of its super app Livin’ by Mandiri reached Rp2,083 trillion up to May 2026, growing 19.6 percent year-on-year (yoy). At the same time, the transaction frequency of Livin’ by Mandiri increased 19 percent year-on-year to 2.2 billion transactions. Meanwhile, the number of users reached 40.3 million, growing 28 percent year-on-year.
SVP Digital Retail Banking Bank Mandiri Yanto Masyap stated in Jakarta on Monday that the company continues to strengthen Livin’ by Mandiri as part of its strategy to deliver sustainable excellence through adaptive, relevant, and integrated digital services. According to him, the presence of reliable and efficient digital services plays an important role in maintaining the smooth flow of economic activity amid high mobility and increasingly dynamic transaction needs.
“We want to ensure that every innovation presented can provide transaction convenience while strengthening the company’s role in building an inclusive and competitive ecosystem that drives the nation,” said Yanto.
In line with this growth, the company continues to enhance Livin’ by Mandiri’s capabilities as a super app able to accommodate various customer transaction needs within a single integrated platform. These services include interbank transfers and BI-FAST, routine bill payments, e-wallet top-ups, QRIS transactions at various merchants, as well as travel ticket purchases and lifestyle needs through the Livin’ Sukha feature.
To further improve customer convenience in accessing banking services, the company has also introduced the Livin’ Call feature within the Livin’ by Mandiri app. Through this feature, customers can connect directly with Bank Mandiri call centre agents without incurring phone charges, so that information needs or service assistance can be accessed more quickly and practically.
The company conveyed that these various initiatives are part of a sustainable excellence strategy that prioritises reliability, scalability, and customer centricity in digital service development. With a measured approach and disciplined risk management, the company is optimistic about maintaining service performance amid high public transaction activity.
