Bank Mandiri Introduces New Transaction Features on Kopra Mobile
PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk is facilitating business transactions for its corporate and commercial clients by updating its Kopra Mobile service. Through this update, customers can perform a range of banking activities, from account monitoring to transaction processing and approvals, all within a single application. The development of Kopra Mobile comes as business players increasingly require digital banking services that support mobility and speed in business decision-making. With more integrated features, customers can manage their company’s financial activities without relying on conventional access channels. The Kopra Mobile update includes three main developments: the ability to initiate Cash Management transactions via mobile devices, a simplified transaction approval process, and real-time account monitoring. Through these new features, customers can initiate business transactions directly from the app, approve multiple transactions at once through a single authentication process, and monitor account balances and transaction histories in real time. Additionally, Bank Mandiri has introduced the Kopra Call feature, which allows customers to obtain official support services without incurring call charges. This feature is part of the company’s efforts to expand service support access for Kopra Mobile users. Bank Mandiri’s Senior Vice President of Digital Wholesale Banking, Yohan Sugiono, stated that the development of Kopra Mobile is part of the company’s strategy to strengthen digital banking services for the wholesale segment. ‘We continue to develop Kopra Mobile so that customers can access business transaction services more easily and efficiently. With increasingly comprehensive features, customers can manage various transaction needs in one application, allowing business processes to run more smoothly,’ Yohan said on Tuesday, 9 June 2026. Kopra Mobile is part of the Kopra by Mandiri ecosystem, Bank Mandiri’s digital platform providing various business transaction services for corporate and commercial clients. Since its launch in 2022, the service has seen continuous growth in usage, in line with the increasing need for digital transactions in the wholesale segment. This development reflects the rising adoption of mobile-based banking services among business players. Ease of access, transaction speed, and service integration are important factors in supporting the digital transformation of business operations. Yohan added that Bank Mandiri will continue to strengthen Kopra Mobile’s capabilities to deliver a more intuitive and responsive service experience tailored to the needs of customers across various industrial sectors. ‘Going forward, we will continue to strengthen Kopra Mobile’s capabilities to provide a more intuitive, responsive experience that meets the needs of customers in various industrial sectors. Through this development, we hope Kopra Mobile can provide added value for customers while supporting the acceleration of business transaction digitalisation in Indonesia,’ Yohan concluded.
