Bank Mandiri disburses Rp491.63 trillion in infrastructure credit as of February
Jakarta (ANTARA) - PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk has disbursed infrastructure credit amounting to Rp491.63 trillion up to February 2026, growing 30.8% year-on-year compared to the same period last year, which stood at Rp375.85 trillion.
“Bank Mandiri is committed to continuing to support the acceleration of national infrastructure development through productive and sustainable financing,” said Bank Mandiri President Director Riduan in an official statement in Jakarta on Tuesday.
This credit disbursement reflects the sustained excellence in Bank Mandiri’s financing capabilities, supported by synergies in its service ecosystem and a comprehensive financing approach from upstream to downstream.
Riduan added that the company believes the ongoing government-driven infrastructure development will serve as a crucial foundation to strengthen connectivity, drive the people’s economy, open more business opportunities, and create more equitable prosperity for society.
The financing provided by the company, Riduan noted, has reached various strategic subsectors, from roads and transportation, oil and gas and renewable energy, electricity, telematics, public housing, urban facilities, to construction.
These projects include the construction of toll roads, ports, and railway networks that deliver tangible impacts on national connectivity and economic activities.
“This financing disbursement is concrete evidence of the synergy between the financial sector and the real sector in supporting national development. Infrastructure plays a strategic role in strengthening connectivity, improving economic efficiency, and driving the growth of productive sectors in various regions,” he said.
In detail, the transportation subsector is the largest contributor to Bank Mandiri’s infrastructure credit, valued at Rp118.03 trillion as of February 2026, or growing 18.45% compared to the same period last year.
On the other hand, the infrastructure construction subsector recorded the highest growth at 178.19% year-on-year, reaching Rp85.84 trillion.
Financing for road construction also increased 11.08% annually to Rp54.84 trillion, while the telematics subsector grew 12.61% compared to the same period last year, reaching Rp44.34 trillion.
Bank Mandiri believes that the outlook for the infrastructure sector remains positive going forward, in line with the continuation of National Strategic Projects (PSN) that support economic growth.
