PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk (BMRI) has agreed to distribute an interim dividend for the 2026 fiscal year of Rp66 per share to its shareholders.

The decision to distribute the interim dividend received approval from the Board of Commissioners following the company’s Board of Directors’ decision on 3 September 2026.

Bank Mandiri’s Director of Finance & Strategy, Novita Widya Anggraini, explained that the interim dividend distribution is part of the company’s commitment to continuously provide added value and sustainable appreciation to shareholders.

“This is also in line with best practices in the global market to provide optimal and measurable returns to investors,” Novita said in a statement on Friday (4/9/2026).

She noted that this decision also reflects Bank Mandiri’s consistently solid fundamentals, supported by strong performance, adequate capital and liquidity positions, and a robust capacity to continue supporting business growth and performing intermediary functions.

“Thus, Bank Mandiri can provide returns to shareholders without reducing the Company’s ability to maintain healthy and sustainable growth,” Novita added.

According to information disclosure from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), the total interim dividend to be distributed reaches approximately Rp6.16 trillion. This value is calculated based on Bank Mandiri’s total outstanding shares of 93,333,333,322 shares.

Bank Mandiri stated that the schedule for the interim dividend distribution will be announced further in accordance with the Indonesia Stock Exchange regulations regarding the implementation of interim dividend payments.
