PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. (BMRI) has agreed to distribute a cash dividend of Rp44.47 trillion for the 2025 fiscal year. This decision was taken at the annual general meeting of shareholders (AGMS) held today, Wednesday (29 April 2026).

The amount equates to 79% of the 2025 net profit of Rp56.3 trillion. This includes the interim dividend already distributed to shareholders on 14 January 2026, amounting to Rp9.32 trillion. Consequently, the remaining cash dividend to be paid to shareholders is Rp35.15 trillion.

“Considering the company’s sufficiently strong capital structure and to provide returns to shareholders, the consolidated net profit after tax of Rp56,293,949,550,806 will be allocated as a cash dividend of 79%,” said Deputy President Director of Bank Mandiri, Henry Panjaitan, at the Bank Mandiri AGMS in Jakarta on Wednesday (29 April 2026).

The dividend distribution will utilise the consolidated net profit of Rp56.3 trillion for 2025. Previously, Bank Mandiri had distributed an interim dividend earlier this year, valued at Rp9.3 trillion or equivalent to Rp100 per share.

In addition, the AGMS approved the use of Rp11.82 trillion, or 21% of the profit, as retained earnings.

Based on the financial report as of 31 December 2025, Bank Mandiri recorded a Net Profit Margin (NPM) of 34.2%, a sufficiently high efficiency indicator in the national banking industry.

Furthermore, the company’s Return on Equity (ROE) ratio stood at 17.19%, affirming management’s ability to manage shareholders’ capital to generate profit.

Given the strong capital position with total equity reaching Rp327.4 trillion and abundant internal cash, market expectations for Bank Mandiri’s dividend payout ratio remain high.
