Bank Jatim Distributes Rp 850 Billion in Dividends, Yield Exceeds 9.6 Percent
PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Timur Tbk (BJTM) or Bank Jatim will distribute cash dividends amounting to Rp 850.17 billion from the net profit of the 2025 fiscal year. This amount is equivalent to 55 percent of the company’s total net profit. The decision to distribute dividends was agreed upon at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) for the 2025 fiscal year, held in Surabaya on Wednesday (6/5/2026). Bank Jatim’s President Director, Winardi Legowo, stated that the dividend value distributed is equivalent to Rp 56.62 per share. This figure is an increase compared to the previous year’s dividend of Rp 54.71 per share. Referring to the closing share price of BJTM at 590 on Tuesday (5/5/2026), the company’s dividend yield is estimated to reach 9.6 percent. Winardi assessed that the consistent annual increase in dividends positions BJTM shares as one of the investor choices in the capital market. Throughout 2025, Bank Jatim’s consolidated assets reached Rp 168.85 trillion, representing a 42.93 percent annual growth (year-on-year/yoy). Meanwhile, consolidated net profit increased by 24.8 percent to Rp 1.61 trillion. In the AGMS, shareholders also approved changes to the nomenclature of several directorial positions. The Director of Finance, Treasury & Global Services has been changed to Director of Finance & Treasury. Additionally, the Director of Middle Business, Corporate & Network has been changed to Director of Middle, Corporate & Institutional. Then, the Director of Micro Business, Retail & Sharia Business has been changed to Director of Retail & Sharia. Meanwhile, the Director of IT, Digital & Operations is now changed to Director of Information Technology, Digital & Operations. The AGMS also approved changes to the company’s management structure. Bank Jatim appointed Andry Wicaksono as Director of Risk Management. The meeting was also attended by East Java Governor Khofifah Indar Parawansa, as the representative of the controlling shareholder, the East Java Provincial Government. Khofifah appreciated Bank Jatim’s performance throughout 2025. According to her, the company was able to maintain its intermediation function while balancing business expansion and asset quality. “Bank Jatim’s financial performance throughout 2025 demonstrates achievements that deserve appreciation,” Khofifah stated.
