Bank Jatim (BJTM) Declares Dividend of Rp850 Billion and Restructures Management
Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia - PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Timur Tbk. (BJTM), or Bank Jatim, has agreed to distribute dividends for the 2025 fiscal year amounting to Rp850.17 billion, or Rp56.62 per share. The decision was made at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) for the 2025 fiscal year, held in the Bromo Room at Bank Jatim’s Head Office in Surabaya on Wednesday (6/5/2026).
The dividend distribution equates to 55% of the 2025 net profit of Rp1.54 trillion. This year’s dividend value is also higher than the previous year’s dividend of Rp54.71 per share.
During the meeting, BJTM shareholders also approved changes to the management structure. In the board of directors, Bank Jatim appointed Andry Wicaksono as Director of Risk Management.
Moh. Nasih, previously serving as a Member of the Sharia Supervisory Board, was appointed as Independent Commissioner at the 2025 Fiscal Year AGMS. The position of Member of the Sharia Supervisory Board is now filled by Abdullah Syamsul Arifin.
Thus, based on the results of the 2025 Fiscal Year AGMS, the composition of the Board of Commissioners, Sharia Supervisory Board, and Board of Directors of Bank Jatim following the AGMS is as follows:
