Bank Jakarta Targets Civil Servants' Spending to Boost Transactions
Bank Jakarta is targeting the spending of civil servants (ASN) as a driver of transactions and customer loyalty. Through XPORIA 2026, this regional bank is attempting to connect ASN consumption needs with the business ecosystem in one space. The event, held at Jakarta City Hall from 20 to 23 April 2026, features various sectors, from culinary and property to automotive and SMEs. Bank Jakarta CEO Agus H Widodo stated that XPORIA 2026 is a strategy to strengthen customer ties, particularly ASN within the Jakarta Provincial Government. “This is a form of Bank Jakarta’s commitment to facilitating ASN through various service conveniences,” said Agus on Monday (20/4/2026). He explained that the experience space concept allows visitors not only to view products but also to try and transact directly. Several tenants from various sectors are participating, including SMEs mentored by JakPreneur. “This is not just an exhibition, but an experience space. We want the public not only to see but also to directly experience various flagship products,” said Agus. According to Agus, the event is also an effort to build a digital-based economic ecosystem. Bank Jakarta is attempting to integrate merchants and customers on one more efficient transaction platform. “Through this event, we want to connect merchants and customers so they can transact more easily and efficiently. Ultimately, this will tangibly drive Jakarta’s economic wheels,” said Agus. Assistant for Economy and Finance of the Jakarta Provincial Secretariat, Suharini Eliawati, assessed that the event reflects growing public trust in Bank Jakarta. She hopes service innovations will continue to expand to strengthen its role in the regional financial sector. “We hope Bank Jakarta continues to innovate, improve service quality, and expand business in the financial industry,” said Suharini. Bank Jakarta Corporate Secretary Arie Rinaldi stated that the event is not only transaction-oriented but also strengthens relationships with customers. “Through Jakarta XPORIA 2026, we want to present an experience that is not only transactional but also strengthens engagement between Bank Jakarta and customers and the public,” said Arie.
