Bank Jago Posts Net Profit of Rp 189 Billion in First Half of 2026
TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - PT Bank Jago Tbk posted a net profit after tax (NPAT) of Rp 189 billion throughout the first half of 2026. The figure represents a 49 per cent increase compared with the same period last year, which stood at Rp 127 billion.
“As a technology-based bank, this business growth is inseparable from our product and service innovation, as well as strong collaboration with strategic ecosystem partners,” said Bank Jago Chief Executive Officer Arief Harris in a written statement on Thursday, 23 July 2026.
Beyond profit growth, the company recorded a 28 per cent increase in assets as of the end of June 2026. Bank Jago’s assets were recorded at Rp 41.4 trillion.
Arief said Bank Jago also maintains a solid capital position, as reflected in its capital adequacy ratio (CAR), which was recorded at 28.4 per cent.
Throughout January to June 2026, the bank, which emerged from the transformation and rebranding of PT Bank Artos Indonesia Tbk, recorded positive performance reflected in growth in customer numbers, third-party funds (DPK), and lending.
As of the end of June 2026, Bank Jago served 20.1 million customers, including 14.7 million funding customers using the Jago App. Bank Jago’s total customer base grew by nearly 3 million compared with the position at the end of the first half of 2025, when it stood at 17.2 million.
The growth in customer numbers contributed positively to third-party fund collection. By the end of the first half of this year, Bank Jago’s total DPK reached Rp 27.6 trillion, up 23 per cent from the end of June 2025, when it stood at Rp 22.4 trillion.
Current account and savings account (CASA) funds dominated the DPK at 53 per cent, equivalent to Rp 14.6 trillion, whilst time deposits contributed 47 per cent, or Rp 13.1 trillion.
Lending was recorded at Rp 26.6 trillion at the end of the first half of 2026, a 24 per cent increase compared with the same period last year, when it stood at Rp 21.4 trillion. Over the same period, Bank Jago recorded a gross non-performing loan (NPL) ratio of 0.8 per cent.
Arief said business growth was supported by product and service innovation as well as collaboration with strategic ecosystem partners. One such collaboration is the partnership between Bank Jago and the Bibit and Stockbit ecosystems, which allows customers to connect directly and seamlessly to purchase investment products such as mutual funds, bonds, and shares. More than 3.6 million Jago App users are connected to the Bibit and Stockbit apps.
Meanwhile, Bank Jago’s collaboration with ecosystem lending partners, digital platforms, and financing companies, including BFI Finance, helps customers obtain financing facilities whilst growing Bank Jago’s loan portfolio in a faster and more measured way.
Arief added that lending through partners continues to be the main engine of its financing business. However, he assured that lending is carried out under a responsible financing concept to reach a broader customer segment.
As part of its commitment to implementing responsible financing, Bank Jago introduced the Rapor Kredit (Credit Report) feature on the Jago App. Rapor Kredit is a feature that helps borrowers understand their financial health in relation to loans or credit.
Through Rapor Kredit, borrowers can access information on the health of their credit directly from the Jago App, allowing them to better understand their financial capacity and make borrowing decisions with more complete information tailored to their needs.
