The use of digital banking services continues to rise in line with changes in public transaction habits. PT Bank Jago Tbk recorded 18.2 million customers by the end of 2025, including 14.2 million Jago app users. This growth in customer numbers aligns with increases in third-party funds (DPK) and credit disbursements throughout the previous year. Bank Jago collected DPK amounting to Rp25.9 trillion, a 38% growth compared to the previous year. Meanwhile, credit disbursements reached Rp24.3 trillion, also up 38% annually. Bank Jago’s President Director Arief Harris stated that this growth is supported by a strategy of collaboration with various digital ecosystems, making banking services more accessible to the public. “We appreciate all customers, partners, and stakeholders of Bank Jago for the trust and collaboration thus far,” said Arief at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) on Thursday (7/5/2026).
