Bank Jago (ARTO) Net Profit Surges 115% to IDR 276 Billion in 2025

PT Bank Jago Tbk. (ARTO) has reported net profit after tax (NPAT) of IDR 276 billion for the year 2025, marking a 115% year-on-year increase from the prior period.

According to the bank’s financial statements for the period ended December 2025, the digital bank owned by Jerry Ng recorded interest income of IDR 3.41 trillion, surging 66.3% year-on-year. Correspondingly, interest expenses rose 90% year-on-year to IDR 947.54 billion.

As a result, Bank Jago’s net interest income totalled IDR 2.46 trillion, representing a 58.74% year-on-year increase compared to 2024.

In terms of intermediation functions, Bank Jago extended credit of IDR 24.3 trillion, increasing 38% year-on-year from IDR 17.7 trillion in the corresponding period of the previous year. The bank maintained a low gross non-performing loan (NPL) ratio of 0.6%, which is better than the national banking average.

On the funding side, Bank Jago recorded total third-party funds (DPK) of IDR 25.9 trillion, up 38% year-on-year from IDR 18.8 trillion in the same period of the previous year.

This performance was supported by an increase in Bank Jago’s customer base to 18.2 million, including 14.2 million funding customers using the Jago and Jago Syariah applications. Total customers increased by nearly 3 million compared to the same period last year, which had 15.3 million customers.

“We observe a strong relationship between customer growth and increased third-party funds. This reflects growing customer numbers and their increasing confidence in utilising Bank Jago’s products and services as part of their financial management,” said Bank Jago Chief Executive Officer Arief Harris in an official statement on Thursday, 12 March 2026.

The bank’s loan-to-deposit ratio (LDR) stood at 94%, whilst its capital adequacy ratio (CAR) reached 31.6%.

Total assets of Bank Jago reached IDR 36.5 trillion as of December 2025, up 28% year-on-year compared to IDR 28.5 trillion in 2024.
