Bank Jago (ARTO) Appoints Nicholas Tan as Director at AGMS
JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com - The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) of PT Bank Jago Tbk (ARTO) approved the company’s annual report for the 2025 fiscal year and determined the composition of the board of directors and board of commissioners for the 2026-2029 term.
Bank Jago’s President Director, Arief Harris, stated that the AGMS agreed to the appointment of Nicholas Tan as a company director for the 2026-2029 term, effective after obtaining approval from the Financial Services Authority (OJK).
Nicholas is a graduate of Brown University in the United States and holds a doctorate from the University of Cambridge in the United Kingdom.
Nicholas joined Bank Jago in January 2025 as Head of Retail Banking Business at Bank Jago.
“Nicholas will play a larger role in growing Bank Jago’s retail business to the next growth phase. We believe Nicholas’s presence will strengthen Bank Jago’s leadership in the national digital banking industry,” said Arief in an official statement on Thursday (7/5/2026).
Bank Jago’s management presented the company’s positive achievements for 2025 at the AGMS.
By the end of 2025, Bank Jago’s customer base reached 18.2 million customers, including 14.2 million funding customers via the Jago Application.
The increase in customers was accompanied by growth in third-party funds (DPK) and credit disbursements at Bank Jago.
Throughout 2025, Bank Jago managed to collect DPK amounting to Rp25.9 trillion, or a 38% growth compared to the previous year’s collection of Rp18.8 trillion.
This combination influenced Bank Jago’s net profit after tax for December 2025, which increased by 115% to Rp276 billion from the previous year’s profit of Rp129 billion in 2024.
Meanwhile, total assets reached Rp36.5 trillion, up 28% from the 2024 figure of Rp28.5 trillion.
“The 2025 achievements continue to motivate us to innovate and collaborate in providing financial products and services that can improve the lives of millions of customers in Indonesia,” he added.
