Bank Jago’s management reported positive achievements for the company in 2025 during the AGM. As a technology-based bank emphasising innovation and collaboration with the digital ecosystem, Bank Jago has consistently grown in terms of customer numbers, third-party funds (DPK), and loan disbursements.

By the end of 2025, Bank Jago’s customer base reached 18.2 million customers, including 14.2 million funding customers via the Jago App. The increase in customer numbers was accompanied by growth in DPK and loan disbursements.

Throughout 2025, Bank Jago successfully collected DPK amounting to Rp25.9 trillion, a 38% increase from the previous year’s Rp18.8 trillion. Meanwhile, total loans disbursed reached Rp24.3 trillion, up 38% from 2024’s Rp17.7 trillion.

Net Profit Rises 115%

This positive combination impacted Bank Jago’s net profit after tax as of December 2025, which surged 115% to Rp276 billion from Rp129 billion in 2024. Total assets reached Rp36.5 trillion, a 28% increase from 2024’s Rp28.5 trillion.

“We appreciate all customers, partners, and other Bank Jago stakeholders for their trust and collaboration thus far. The 2025 achievements continue to motivate us to innovate and collaborate in providing financial products and services that can improve the lives of millions of customers in Indonesia,” said Bank Jago’s President Director, Arief Harris.

The AGM also agreed to the appointment of Nicholas Tan as a director of the company for the 2026-2029 term, effective after obtaining approval from the Financial Services Authority (OJK).
