Bank Indonesia's Operational Schedule During Eid al-Fitr 2026 Holiday
Bank Indonesia (BI) has established adjustments to its operational schedule during the Eid al-Fitr 1447 Hijri (2026) holiday period.
These adjustments are made in accordance with government provisions concerning National Holidays and Joint Leave for 2026. Additionally, the policy aims to ensure the readiness of banking service infrastructure for the public during the Eid al-Fitr holiday period.
During this period, several Bank Indonesia services will be temporarily suspended, whilst other services will continue operating normally.
- BI-RTGS, BI-SSSS, and BI-ETP Services
All services of the Bank Indonesia Real Time Gross Settlement (BI-RTGS), Bank Indonesia Scripless Securities Settlement System (BI-SSSS), and Bank Indonesia Electronic Trading Platform (BI-ETP) will not operate during the Eid al-Fitr holiday period from 18-24 March 2026.
- Bank Indonesia National Clearing System (SKNBI)
All SKNBI services will also not operate on 18-24 March 2026.
Meanwhile, all debit instruments in Zone 4 that have been submitted on 17 March 2026 (H-1) will have their settlement process completed on 25 March 2026.
- BI-FAST Service
Unlike other services, BI-FAST will operate fully during the Eid al-Fitr holiday period. This means interbank transfer services through BI-FAST will remain available 24 hours in accordance with the applicable schedule.
