Bank Indonesia Operational Schedule for Eid al-Fitr 2026

JAKARTA, Kompas.com — Bank Indonesia (BI) has adjusted its operational activities schedule during Eid al-Fitr 2026 in accordance with the National Holidays and Collective Leave calendar for 2026.

Ramdan Denny Prakoso, Executive Director of BI’s Communications Department, stated that operational activities during Eid al-Fitr 2026 will continue to be carried out by BI to provide banking infrastructure for public transactions.

Special operational schedules will be implemented by BI from 18-24 March 2026.

“The implementation of operational activities at financial sector institutions is a matter of consideration and authority for each respective institution,” he said in a written statement on Monday (9 March 2026).
