Bank Danamon Distributes IDR 1.38 Trillion Dividend, Investors Receive IDR 142 per Share

JAKARTA – PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (BDMN) has decided to distribute a cash dividend for the 2025 fiscal year amounting to IDR 1.38 trillion. This value is equivalent to IDR 142.19 per share.

The dividend distribution decision received approval from shareholders at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) on 31 March 2026. The amount distributed is equivalent to approximately 35% of the company’s net profit for 2025.

The dividend distribution is based on the financial performance as of 31 December 2025, including net profit attributable to the parent entity of IDR 3.97 trillion.

On trading Thursday (1/4/2026), BDMN shares closed down 0.78% at IDR 2,550 per share.

BDMN shares opened at IDR 2,560 and moved within the range of IDR 2,540 to IDR 2,570 per share. Trading frequency was recorded at 316 times with a volume of 4,514 shares and a transaction value of IDR 1.2 billion.

Shareholders did not reappoint several officials, including Peter Benyamin Stok as Independent Commissioner, Daisuke Ejima as President Director, and Honggo Widjojo Kangmasto as Vice President Director.

Instead, shareholders appointed Muliadi Rahardja as Independent Commissioner, Takeo Shimotsu as Commissioner, and Nobuya Kawasaki as President Director.

BDMN President Commissioner Yasushi Itagaki expressed appreciation to the previous management team for their contributions to the company’s growth.

He also conveyed hopes that the new management can continue the company’s positive performance moving forward.
