Bank Danamon (BDMN) Agrees to Distribute IDR 1.4 Trillion Dividend and Replace CEO
Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia — PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (BDMN) has agreed to distribute a cash dividend for the 2025 fiscal year amounting to IDR 1.4 trillion, or the equivalent of IDR 142.19 per share. This amount represents 35% of the company’s net profit after tax and minority interests, recorded for the fiscal year ending 31 December 2025 at IDR 4.0 trillion.
This decision was taken at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) for 2026, held yesterday, Tuesday (31/3/2026). Further information regarding the dividend payment will be announced later.
In addition, the meeting approved changes to the composition of the management of the bank owned by Japan’s MUFG. The terms of Commissioner Nobuya Kawasaki, Independent Commissioner Peter Benyamin Stok, President Director Daisuke Ejima, and Vice President Director Honggo Widjojo Kangmasto ended upon the closing of this AGMS and they were not reappointed for the next term.
The AGMS approved the appointment of Muliadi Rahardja as an independent commissioner and Takeo Shimotsu as a commissioner, effective after receiving approval from the OJK through the assessment of capability and propriety.
Furthermore, BDMN shareholders approved the appointment of Nobuya Kawasaki as President Director, who has received OJK approval through the assessment of capability and propriety, as well as the reappointment of members of the Board of Commissioners, Board of Directors, and other Sharia Supervisory Board members whose terms had ended for a new term.

Thus, shareholders approved the composition of the Board of Commissioners, Board of Directors, and Sharia Supervisory Board of the Company for the term from the closing of the Company’s 2026 AGMS until the closing of the Company’s 2029 AGMS, without prejudice to the GMS’s right to dismiss at any time, with the following composition:
