Bank Capital's Lending Grows 41.4 Percent, Pension Segment Surges 322 Percent
JAKARTA – PT Bank Capital Indonesia Tbk recorded total credit disbursement of Rp11.1 trillion in 2025, growing 41.4 per cent annually. The growth was supported by pension credit expansion, which reached Rp4.4 trillion, an increase of 322 per cent compared to the previous year.
According to the 2025 Annual Report, the growth of the pension credit portfolio was driven by the development of various strategic partnerships, including with PT Taspen (Persero). This performance reflects Bank Capital’s focus on strengthening banking services for the pre-retirement and retiree segment.
Bank Capital Chief Executive Kurniawan Halim said the company will continue developing products and services that suit customers’ needs, including strengthening long-term relationships through various appreciation programmes.
As a form of appreciation to its customers, Bank Capital sponsored 50 pre-retirement and retiree customers to perform the umrah pilgrimage to the Holy Land from 28 July to 5 August 2026. The participants came from various regions across Jabodetabek and West Java and joined the Berkah Umrah Programme with Bank Capital.
“We pray that all participants are always granted health, smoothness, and protection throughout their pilgrimage, and can return to Indonesia healthy and safe,” said Kurniawan in a press statement on Wednesday (29/7/2026).
According to Kurniawan, the programme, held for the first time, is a form of appreciation for customers’ trust as well as an effort to strengthen long-term relationships through improved service quality and programmes suited to customer needs.
In addition to recording business growth, Bank Capital has also received a number of awards for its financial performance, business ecosystem strengthening, and product and service development.
