Bank BSN targets premium customers through BSN Priority services
Jakarta (ANTARA) - PT Bank Syah Nasional (Bank BSN) is targeting the affluent to high-net-worth individual (HNWI) segment through the launch of BSN Prioritas, a wealth management service that integrates financial products, personalised services, and Sharia principles.
Bank BSN President Director Alex Sofjan Noor stated that BSN Prioritas was developed to address the increasingly complex financial management needs of premium customers. “We want to ensure that every step of our customers’ financial management not only provides financial returns but is also aligned with Sharia principles,” said Alex in Jakarta on Thursday (10/9).
Adopting the “Blessed Prosperity” concept, BSN Prioritas provides a variety of financial products and instruments, including sukuk, bancassurance, Sharia mutual funds, and foreign exchange facilities. The service also encompasses consultancy for zakat, alms, charity, and waqf (ziswaf), inheritance management, and pilgrimage travel planning.
To provide more personalised service, Bank BSN has prepared Personal Relationship Managers (PRM) tasked with understanding the financial needs and characteristics of customers. The company also provides priority lounges and various facilities, such as airport lounge access, BSN Prioritas Visa Debit, networking opportunities, business meeting rooms, and access to healthcare facilities for certain customer categories.
On the digital front, BSN Prioritas is strengthened through BLESS, a platform that makes it easier for customers to access various priority service facilities and benefits. Meanwhile, through the Bale Syariah by BSN application, customers can access and transact wealth management products, including Sharia mutual funds and sukuk in the primary market.
