Bank BSN Targets Premium Customers
PT Bank Syariah Nasional (Bank BSN) is expanding its business targets to the affluent segment, including high-net-worth individuals (HNWI), through the launch of BSN Prioritas. The service includes Sharia-compliant investment products, financial consultancy, and various banking facilities for customers with more complex financial management needs.
Bank BSN President Director Alex Sofjan Noor stated that BSN Prioritas offers wealth management services based on Sharia principles. “We want to ensure that every step of our customers’ financial management not only provides financial returns but is also aligned with Sharia principles,” Alex said in a press release on Friday (11/09/2026).
BSN Prioritas provides a range of financial products and instruments, including Sukuk, bancassurance, Sharia Mutual Funds, and foreign exchange facilities. The service also covers Ziswaf (Zakat, Infaq, Alms, and Waqf) consultancy, inheritance management, and pilgrimage travel planning.
Bank BSN has prepared Personal Relationship Managers (PRM) to serve the needs of priority customers. Additionally, the bank provides priority lounges as well as facilities such as airport lounge access and the BSN Prioritas Visa Debit card.
For certain customer categories, available facilities include business meeting rooms, networking opportunities, and access to healthcare facilities.
“With a combination of personalised service and digital technology, we want BSN Prioritas to be a modern and dynamic service that still emphasises closeness to the customer,” said Alex.
BSN Prioritas also utilises the BLESS digital platform to access priority service facilities and benefits. Meanwhile, wealth management product transactions can be conducted through the Bale Syariah by BSN application. Through this application, customers can access various investment instruments, including Sharia Mutual Funds and Sukuk in the primary market.
