Consistency in developing digital banking services at bank bjb has once again been recognised, winning the Most Expanded QRIS category at the Digital Jawara Festival (DIGIWARA) 2026 and Sharia Festival Jawara (SHAFARA) on Friday, 22 May 2026. The award was received directly by bank bjb Regional 4 CEO Mohammad Mufti.
The annual event was initiated by the Bank Indonesia (BI) Banten Regional Office to strengthen the Sharia economy ecosystem and accelerate digital transformation.
This initiative also serves as a platform to communicate digital payment system policies to the public and encourage regional government and payment service providers to expand economic digitisation.
At the event, bank bjb participated through banking and digital service booths, including online account opening, DIGI Mobile activation, QRIS merchant registration, DigiCash services, online deposits, and local tax payment services in collaboration with the Tangerang Selatan City Revenue Office (Bapenda).
