The awards were presented during the INDONESIA DIGITAL FORUM 2026 under the theme ‘Reaching The Unbanked Amidst Cyber Threats and Cost of Living Crises’ and received by bank bjb’s Regional 2 CEO, Hindun Herdiyani, in Jakarta on Friday, 22 May 2026.
Bank bjb won several awards, including The 2nd Best Conventional Bank 2026 – KBMI 3 category for Corporate Brand among banks with core capital between Rp14 trillion and Rp70 trillion and assets exceeding Rp200 trillion. Additionally, its flagship product bjbTandamata was recognised as The 2nd Best Savings Conventional Bank 2026 in the Product Brand category.
Bank bjb also received The 3rd Best Wealth Management Conventional Bank 2026 award for its bjb Prioritas service, which continues to evolve in providing financial solutions for priority customers. Furthermore, its KPR services were honoured with The 3rd Best KPR Conventional Bank 2026 in the Product Brand-KPR category.

The 15th Infobank-Isentia Digital Brand Appreciation 2026 honours financial institutions that successfully build positive digital engagement. Beyond the awards ceremony, the strategic forum organised by Infobank Media Group addressed challenges in digital transformation within the financial sector, particularly expanding services for unbanked and underbanked communities amid cyber threats and global economic pressures.
