Kota Bandung (ANTARA) - PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Barat dan Banten Tbk (bank bjb) has secured a series of awards during the 15th Infobank–Isentia Digital Brand Appreciation, held as part of the Indonesia Digital Forum 2026 in Jakarta on Friday (22/5).

Bank BJB’s Corporate Secretary, Irwan Riswandi, stated that these awards serve as appreciation for financial institutions deemed successful in building positive engagement in the digital space through service reinforcement, product innovation, and technology-based communication.

“As the largest regional development bank in Indonesia, bank bjb continues to strengthen its commitment to providing inclusive and sustainable digital financial services,” Irwan said in a statement received in Bandung on Saturday.

During the event, Bank BJB received the award for The 2nd Best Conventional Bank 2026 – KBMI 3 in the Corporate Brand category for banks with core capital between Rp14 trillion and Rp70 trillion and assets exceeding Rp200 trillion.

Furthermore, BJB’s flagship product, BJB Tandamata, earned the award for The 2nd Best Savings Conventional Bank 2026 in the Product Brand category. The BJB Prioritas service also received recognition as The 3rd Best Wealth Management Conventional Bank 2026 for its development of financial service solutions for priority customers.

Additionally, Bank BJB’s mortgage (KPR) service was awarded The 3rd Best KPR Conventional Bank 2026, while the bank’s time deposit product received The 3rd Best Deposito Conventional Bank 2026.

Irwan noted that these achievements serve as evidence of bank bjb’s consistency in strengthening the company’s digital brand while improving service quality to the public through adaptive innovation.

“The awards achieved by bank bjb in this forum reaffirm the company’s position as a banking institution that continues to transform in line with technological developments and societal needs,” he added.
