The signing ceremony took place in Bandung on Monday, 27 April 2026, attended by the Head of TVRI East Java, Mr Syalom Salombe, and the Head of Public Relations for TVRI East Java, Ms Erni Mawarlisa. From Bank BJB, participants included Director of Consumer & Retail Nunung Suartini, Head of Consumer Funds and Services Division Maman Rukmana, Head of Digital Banking Division Arfandy, Head of Retail Credit Division Rudy Purwadhi, Deputy Head of Corporate Secretary Division Sani Ikhsan, CEO of Regional 5 Jadi Kusmaryadi, and Branch Manager of Surabaya Dody Krisnanda.
