As a follow-up to the MoU, a Cooperation Agreement was signed between the Directorate General of Industrial Relations and Labour Social Security Development and bank bjb. This agreement regulates the provision of retail credit facilities, billing assistance, and collective payment of credit instalments. The implementation of this cooperation is expected to deliver financial services that are more effective, efficient, and easily accessible.
