Bank Artha Graha (INPC) Appoints Elvin Halim as President Director
Jakarta - PT Bank Artha Graha Internasional Tbk. (INPC) has decided to replace the company’s top leadership. This was agreed upon by shareholders during the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPST).
According to information disclosure on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI), the company has honourably discharged Andy Kasih from the position of President Director. The position has been filled by Elvin Halim.
‘Honourably discharging Mr Andy Kasih as President Director of the Company, effective as of the closing of this Meeting,’ management stated, as quoted on Monday (22/6/2026).
The appointment of Elvin Halim as the new President Director will become effective after the individual obtains approval from the Fit and Proper Test conducted by the Financial Services Authority (OJK).
Consequently, the composition of the Company’s Board of Commissioners and Board of Directors is as follows:
