Bank Aladin Syariah Records Surge in Customers and Assets in 2025
PT Bank Aladin Syariah Tbk recorded positive performance in strengthening its business ecosystem, reflected in a double-digit increase in the number of customers. Customer numbers increased by more than 30 per cent throughout 2025.
By November 2025, the company recorded total assets of Rp14 trillion, up 61.87 per cent from 2024, with active customer numbers growing over 32 per cent year on year, said Bank Aladin Syariah President Director Koko Rachmadi during a media briefing in South Jakarta on Wednesday (11 March 2026).
Koko said the positive growth reflected increasing public confidence in digital Islamic banking services and the effectiveness of the ecosystem development strategy implemented by Bank Aladin Syariah.
He stated that ecosystem strengthening became one of the company’s primary focuses in expanding access to Islamic financial services relevant to people’s daily activities. Collaboration efforts represented a strategic approach to ecosystem development and reinforcement.
“As a digital Islamic bank, we believe that collaboration within the ecosystem is key to increasing financial inclusion. Through various initiatives, we want to provide services that not only ease transaction processes, but also deliver tangible benefits to society and partners within the ecosystem,” he explained.
One of Bank Aladin’s collaboration steps to strengthen its business ecosystem was partnering with leading retail network Alfa Group. The company utilised the Ramadan period—1447 Hijriyah/2026 Gregorian—to launch various initiatives that not only drive business growth but also deliver social impact to society as a manifestation of synergy and collaboration within the existing ecosystem.
