PT Bank Aladin Syariah Tbk recorded a positive performance through the first quarter of 2026, posting a net profit of Rp23.3 billion and total assets of Rp15.1 trillion, while the number of active customers grew 30.17 per cent year on year.

According to the company, the achievement reflects growing public trust in digital sharia banking services that are secure, easily accessible and relevant to customer needs.

“Customer trust is the primary foundation of Bank Aladin Syariah’s growth. That is why we want to ensure that the growth we achieve also delivers benefits that customers feel directly,” said Bank Aladin Syariah President Director Koko Rachmadi in a statement in Jakarta on Wednesday.

Koko said the company is committed to continuing to strengthen a digital sharia services ecosystem that is relevant to the needs of the public, so that it can provide a more meaningful banking experience for every customer.

As a form of appreciation for customer loyalty and trust, the company held an Umrah Programme for Ala Pensiun customers.

According to the company, the programme is not only an expression of appreciation for customer loyalty, but also reflects its commitment to building long-term relationships that add value.

Koko explained that 15 Ala Pensiun customers were dispatched to the Holy Land on 27 July and will return to Indonesia on 5 August 2026.

Before their departure, all pilgrims took part in Umrah ritual guidance sessions. Koko hoped that all participants would be granted good health, smooth journeys and ease in performing their worship in the Holy Land.

The programme is a continuation of the first phase held from 27 January to 4 February 2026, in cooperation with travel agency PT Umroh Madani Amanah (UMA).

The company stated that going forward it will continue to present various programmes and innovations that deliver sustainable benefits, while broadening public access to inclusive and valuable sharia financial services.
