Jakarta – PT Bank Aladin Syariah Tbk has strengthened its strategic collaboration with Alfamart through support for the Free Warteg Ramadan programme, demonstrating both companies’ sustained commitment to delivering tangible social impact to the community, particularly during the holy month of Ramadan.

During Ramadan 2026, the Alfamart Free Warteg Programme will once again distribute 60,000 meal packages across 34 cities, partnering with 102 UMKM warteg operators. The Free Warteg initiative, which became Alfamart’s annual agenda since 2021, has successfully distributed more than 150,000 meal packages through 2025, engaging hundreds of warteg UMKM operators across various regions.

Bank Aladin Syariah’s support commenced with participation in the Free Warteg kick-off event held at the Alfamart DT Alam Sutera store in Tangerang. During the occasion, Bank Aladin Syariah set up an interactive booth offering activities including Islamic banking education, digital literacy instruction, and distribution of takjil (breaking-fast provisions) to visitors to enhance the event. This activity symbolises a collaboration that is not only strategically sound commercially but also delivers meaningful social impact.

Koko Rachmadi, President Director of Bank Aladin Syariah, emphasised that support for the Free Warteg programme forms part of Bank Aladin Syariah’s commitment to delivering impactful and sustainable social activities. Bank Aladin is targeting increased direct contribution to society across all aspects.

“As a digital Islamic bank, we believe that business growth must proceed hand in hand with growth in benefit. Our collaboration with Alfamart in the Free Warteg initiative demonstrates how a strong ecosystem can deliver broader impact. We wish to ensure that Bank Aladin Syariah’s presence is felt not only through digital services, but also through genuine contribution that touches society directly, particularly during the holy month of Ramadan,” said Koko on Friday, 27 February 2026.

Koko added that synergy within the Alfa Group ecosystem forms an important foundation in creating sustainable shared value. “Alfamart possesses remarkable proximity to the community, whilst we bring inclusive digital Islamic financial solutions. When both operate together, the impact becomes greater. This is the spirit of collaboration we continue to strengthen moving forward,” he concluded.
