PT Bank Aladin Syariah Tbk is strengthening its offline-to-online (O2O) business model by collaborating with various partners from the retail sector, financial institutions, and community organisations. This strategy aims to deliver more integrated sharia-compliant digital financial services. The company is also continuously enhancing its digital banking application by improving user experience, adding new features, and integrating with strategic ecosystems. Through the app, customers can access sharia digital banking services, including account opening, daily transactions, goal-based savings, sharia deposits, bill payments, and data top-ups, as well as cardless cash withdrawal and deposit services via partner networks. As of the second quarter of 2026, the bank reported a net profit and served over 3.9 million registered customers. The bank’s Head of Marketing & Growth, Dwiyoga Kartiko Utomo, stated that digital transformation is not solely about technology development but also about the ability to deliver services that provide real benefits to customers. He added that a good digital service must be simple, secure, and offer a valuable banking experience. The bank’s efforts were recognised with the Top Digital Application Syariah Banking award at the Digital Excellence Awards 2026.
