Bank Aladin Syariah Boosts Loyalty and Trust with Umrah Programme for Customers
PT Bank Aladin Syariah Tbk has once again sent customers to the Holy Land through its Umrah programme for Ala Pensiun customers, as a token of appreciation for their loyalty and trust. A total of 15 customers departed on 27 July and are scheduled to return to Indonesia on 5 August 2026, in collaboration with travel agency PT Umroh Madani Amanah. This marks the continuation of the first phase, which took place from 27 January to 4 February 2026. President Director Koko Rachmadi stated that customer trust is the main foundation of Bank Aladin Syariah’s growth, and the bank aims to ensure that its progress also delivers direct benefits to customers. Prior to departure, all participants attended an Umrah preparatory session. As Indonesia’s first digital Islamic bank, Bank Aladin Syariah is committed to strengthening a digital sharia ecosystem that is relevant to community needs, with the Umrah programme serving as both a loyalty reward and a reflection of the bank’s dedication to building long-term relationships that offer added value, not only financially but also spiritually and socially. In its fifth year, the bank continues to enhance its digital sharia services, aligning with findings from McKinsey & Company’s Global Banking Annual Review 2026, which highlights the transformation of global banking towards more digital, personal, and technology-driven business models, presenting significant opportunities for digital banks to expand their markets and create new growth sources.
