Bank Aladin Syariah Boosts Digital Ecosystem, Assets Reach Rp15.1 Trillion
PT Bank Aladin Syariah Tbk recorded positive performance up to the second quarter of 2026. The company’s net profit reached Rp38.3 billion, with total assets of Rp15.1 trillion and more than 3.9 million registered customers.
This performance came alongside the development of digital sharia banking services and ecosystem expansion through collaboration with various partners. The strategy aims to broaden access to sharia financial services while addressing the transaction needs of the public.
One of the steps taken by Bank Aladin Syariah was expanding its service network through collaboration with Alfa Group. The partnership is supported by more than 25,000 minimarket outlets across Indonesia, which serve as public access points for a range of digital sharia banking services.
In addition, the company expanded synergies with several strategic partners, such as Flip (Superflip), Mekari, Persis Solo, and Islamic community organisations including Muhammadiyah, the National Amil Zakat Agency (BAZNAS), and the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI).
Ecosystem strengthening also covers services for hajj pilgrimage needs. In 2025, Bank Aladin Syariah was appointed as a Hajj Deposit Receiving Bank (BPS BPIH) by the Hajj Financial Management Agency (BPKH).
In terms of services, the Bank Aladin Syariah application provides facilities ranging from account opening, Ala Impian as a goal-based savings product, Ala Deposito, to bill payments, mobile credit top-ups, data packages, electricity tokens, BPJS contributions, and land and building tax (PBB).
Cash transaction access has also been expanded through a network of more than 25,000 Alfa Group outlets. Customers can make cardless cash deposits and withdrawals through this network, as well as cardless cash withdrawals through BCA ATMs.
This service expansion has been accompanied by growth in user numbers. Up to the second quarter of 2026, Bank Aladin Syariah has served more than 3.9 million registered customers with total assets reaching Rp15.1 trillion.
This performance growth also led Bank Aladin Syariah to win the Yearly Excellent Performance Bank 2026 award. The award is given to banking institutions deemed capable of maintaining sustainable financial performance, strengthening business fundamentals, and demonstrating resilience amid the dynamics of the national banking industry.
President Director of PT Bank Aladin Syariah Tbk Koko Rachmadi said the award is an appreciation of the company’s performance in maintaining business growth while strengthening its foundation as a digital sharia bank.
“We will continue to deepen and expand collaboration, deliver relevant innovations, and build a sharia financial ecosystem that can provide added value for the public,” said Koko.
Koko said the company will continue to expand collaboration and develop services relevant to public needs. This ecosystem strengthening is expected to support Bank Aladin Syariah’s sustainable growth while expanding access to digital sharia finance.
