Bangkit Sumatera - Disaster Preparedness Is Key! (1)

The National Disaster Mitigation Agency (BNPB) has affirmed that disaster preparedness is the primary key to minimising risk and the impact on casualties when disasters occur.

According to the Head of the BNPB’s Centre for Data, Information and Disaster Affairs (Kapusdatin), Abdul Muhari, the strengthening of public education, early warning systems and cross-sector coordination must continue to be enhanced so that disaster response can be carried out swiftly, accurately and in a measurable manner.
