Bandung Vocational Centre to Train Thousands in Industry Skills to Boost 2026 Competitiveness

The Balai Besar Pelatihan Vokasi dan Produktivitas (BBVP) in Bandung, West Java, under the Ministry of Manpower, is targeting to train 22,894 prospective workers in 2026. The programme is designed to bolster national competitiveness by providing industry-class skills. Key training sectors include automotive, manufacturing, information and communication technology, and the creative industries. The initiative aims to improve the competence and productivity of the workforce, ensuring participants are ready to enter the industrial world or capable of pursuing independent entrepreneurship.
