Bandung (ANTARA) - The Bandung City Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services Agency (DPMPTSP) is developing an investment trilogy comprising the Bandung Investment Forum, Investor Day and Bandung Investment Summit as a strategy to increase investment realisation in the city.

DPMPTSP head Eric Mohamad Atthauriq said the trilogy would be held again in 2026 to bring the government together with prospective investors and offer the various investment opportunities available in Bandung.

“Rising investment is also inseparable from the various innovations introduced by the Bandung City Government under the leadership of Mayor Muhammad Farhan,” Eric told ANTARA in Bandung on Wednesday.

He explained that one factor attracting foreign and domestic investors to Bandung was the ease of licensing services provided by DPMPTSP.

“We also provide assistance with OSS (Online Single Submission) services and Sakedap (Licensing Convenience Kiosk) services in sub-districts and at market industrial centres for microbusiness operators,” he said.

Eric said investment realisation had shown an upward trend from the first to the second quarter of 2026, and that the first-half figure was expected to provide a foundation for meeting the target by the end of the year.

“Bandung’s investment realisation has generally increased from the first quarter to the second quarter, or in the first half. It currently stands at around Rp6.4 trillion,” Eric said.

He hopes the investment trilogy and stronger licensing services will widen opportunities to work with investors and help investment realisation reach the 2026 target of Rp12 trillion.
