Bali tennis contest planned for Nusa Dua

NUSA DUA: The Bali Tennis Academy Championship is BTA's year end
tennis event for 2005. As the organization has already organized
and handled eight tournaments this year, the BTA wants to finish
the year with a major event on the island.

With over 125 participants ranging from children, adults and
seniors from both the local and expatriate (Japan, U.S., Germany,
Argentina, Holland, Australia, France, Canada, etc.) community,
the BTA Championship is regarded as the best local tennis event
on the island.

Categories for the tournament includes boys and girls junior
event, men's and women's amateur and open event and a senior
event.

The tournament started on Nov. 12 with a big welcome party for
more than 100 people, coinciding with BTA's Tennis Facility grand
opening. The BTA tennis facility, which has three indoor hard
courts, just finished renovations providing a newer, better
facility for everyone on the island. The tournament will finish
on Sunday evening, Nov. 20.

The Bali Tennis Academy is located at Nikko Bali Resort & Spa
in Nusa Dua, Bali.
