Bali Regional Police Enhance SKCK Service Quality to Realise Precise Indonesian National Police
The Bali Regional Police (Polda Bali) continues to strive to implement the Precise Indonesian National Police (Polri Presisi) concept, namely predictive, responsible, and transparently just. One way is through improving the quality of public services such as the Police Certificate of Good Conduct (SKCK) service.
The Head of Public Relations of Polda Bali, Senior Commissioner Ariasandy, stated that the public can now process SKCK more easily, quickly, and transparently at the SKCK Service Building of the Ditintelkam Polda Bali. In line with the Polri Presisi programme, he said, Polda Bali has implemented an integrated one-stop service system.
“The public must carry out initial registration online through the POLRI Super App or the website http://skck.polri.go.id to upload the required documents and select the arrival time. This aims to cut down on queuing time and minimise direct contact,” said Ariasandy in his statement on Friday (8/5/2026).
Ariasandy explained that the SKCK processing process at Polda Bali includes document verification, digital fingerprint recording, and a short interview. He emphasised that SKCK can be issued on the same day if all requirements are fulfilled.
“The validity period of the SKCK is six months from the date of issuance and can be extended,” added Ariasandy.
Ariasandy stressed that transparency in costs and clarity in the SKCK processing flow are top priorities for Polda Bali. He also urged the public not to use middlemen when applying for SKCK.
“We urge the public not to use the services of middlemen. The entire process can be done independently with ease,” he concluded.
Requirements for SKCK Issuance
There are several administrative requirements that applicants must complete for SKCK. Here are the details:
Photocopy of ID card
Family card
Birth certificate/Diploma
4x6 red-background passport photos, 6 sheets
Letter of introduction from the local police station.
Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP) fee for SKCK issuance of Rp 30,000 in accordance with Government Regulation Number 76 of 2020.
