correct. this is direct ownership, where the land title is in the name of the company. this is generally the preferred option for long-term ownership.

nominee agreements with PMA are almost identical to those commonly used in bali now. however, like i already mentioned, with the critical difference that the beneficial owner is an indonesian legal entity (ie PMA) and not a foreign person with no legal standing in indonesia.
