Bali Police Traffic Directorate Delivers Ease and Transparency in Vehicle Registration Processing
The Traffic Directorate (Ditlantas) of the Bali Regional Police continues to optimise the quality of excellent, easy and transparent public service. This includes the processing of vehicle ownership books (BPKB) for the people of Bali. Bali Police Traffic Director, Senior Commissioner Turmudi, and his staff have received positive appreciation from the public in the BPKP processing section. A number of applicants expressed satisfaction because the service process was fast, orderly and efficient. “This makes it easier for the public to manage their motor vehicle administration needs,” said Turmudi in a press release on Thursday (11/6/2026). In addition to responsive service, Turmudi stated that the public also felt comfortable with the clean, well-organised waiting room facilities, which are equipped with adequate supporting amenities. These conditions make people feel more comfortable while waiting for the service process to take place. Turmudi hopes that this humane and professional quality of service can be maintained as a manifestation of the Bali Police’s commitment. “We hope to provide excellent, fast, transparent public service that is oriented towards public satisfaction,” he hoped.
