Bali Police Optimise Service Quality for Citizens Processing Vehicle Ownership Documents
The Traffic Directorate (Ditlantas) of the Bali Regional Police continues to optimise the quality of excellent, easy, and transparent public services, including in the processing of Vehicle Ownership Books (BPKB) for the people of Bali. Bali Police Traffic Director, Commissioner Turmudi, stated that his team has received positive appreciation from the public in the BPKB processing section. A number of applicants expressed satisfaction because the service process was fast, orderly, and efficient. "This makes it easier for the public to manage their vehicle administration needs," said Turmudi in a press release received on Thursday (11/6/2026). In addition to responsive service, Turmudi said the public also felt comfortable with the waiting room facilities, which were clean, well-organised, and equipped with adequate supporting amenities. This condition made people feel more comfortable while waiting for the service process to take place. Turmudi hopes that this humane and professional service quality can be maintained as a manifestation of the Bali Regional Police’s commitment. "We hope to continue providing excellent, fast, transparent public services that are oriented towards community satisfaction," he stated.
