Bali Police Chief Reaffirms Commitment to Professional Polri During Bhayangkara Day Celebration
The Bali Regional Police (Polda Bali) held a thanksgiving ceremony for the 80th Bhayangkara Day at the Presisi Building of the Bali Police Headquarters on Wednesday (1/7/2026). The solemn event served as a moment of reflection on the National Police’s (Polri) long journey of service to the community, nation, and state. One of the highlights was the tumpeng cutting procession by the Chief of Bali Police, Inspector General Daniel Adityajaya, accompanied by the Chairwoman of the Bali Regional Bhayangkari, Mrs. Didit Daniel Adityajaya. The tumpeng was then presented to the most senior and most junior Polri personnel as a symbol of respect for the dedication of senior officers and a baton pass of the spirit of service to the next generation of the police force. During the occasion, Polda Bali also presented certificates of appreciation to the winners of various competitions held to enliven the 80th Bhayangkara Day. The awards were given as a form of appreciation for the participants’ participation, creativity, and enthusiasm. In his address, Daniel emphasised that the Bhayangkara Day thanksgiving was not merely a ceremonial agenda, but an expression of gratitude for the blessings of God Almighty during Polri’s duties in maintaining security and serving the community. ‘This thanksgiving is a manifestation of gratitude for all the guidance and gifts from God Almighty, as well as a means to strengthen the commitment so that Polri will always be a professional, modern, and trustworthy institution with integrity, increasingly trusted by the public,’ said Daniel.
